TrialDOCS™
TrialDOCS™ is CCCRI’s exclusive regulatory tracking program. With password protection managed by CCCRI, TrialDOCS™ allows sponsors, investigative sites and monitor’s to view and manage their regulatory files online. This robust, yet easy to use resource, demonstrates the dedication of CCCRI to their customers.
TrialDOCS™ provides the following:
- Allows Sponsors Access to Monitoring Schedule
- Tracks Monthly/Overall Monitoring Costs
- Monitor CV’s
- Project Documents (i.e.: Monitoring Reports, SOPs)
- Alternative Layers of Access
- Allows Access to Master and Site Level Files to Sponsors, CRA’s and Sites
- Files are set up to Match Sponsors SOPs
- Workflow Allows Sponsor to Provide Documented Requests for Information
- Access is determined by the Sponsor and is Password Protected
EnrollmentDOCS™
The enrollment tracking program is the newest feature to the CCCRI website. This system, which is also accessed online at www.cccri.com, is password protected and managed by CCCRI. Sites log on to the website and are able to enter subject identification and visit date information. This information is made available to the Sponsor in real time. The Sponsor is no longer required receive/process faxes from sites. The project manager at CCCRI will assist the sites in entering data based on the projected dates provided by the program. |
